Can't submit survey - error 413

Hi, one of our researchers has been trying to upload a survey and is receiving the error message “Generic Exception: Error (413)”. Other forum posts on this error message indicate that it can come from large media files. However, our survey has no photos, audio, or other media. The researcher has been able to upload other surveys from the same tablet with no issues. Any ideas of what could be causing this error or how to resolve it? Thank you!
