URGENT! Can't Download Data from Projects Shared with Other Users

Dear Colleagues,

Our colleagues cannot download data from the project which I shared from the MAIN Account.

Need your kind support.

@rahmat, seems like you are using the row-level-permissions feature where users are able to view his/her own submissions made. However, I am not sure if download permission is also granted for a row-level-permission. Will come back with a concrete response to your query.

Dear @Kal_Lam ,

There is no such permission for Download only. There is only Manage option which give full rights to other users.
