URGENT- I Can Not Give Permission to Usernames or add usernames to my Form

Dears,

I Have Issue when add new User to Form,
Also Some of previous Usernames Permissions changed to only View.
tried to add permissions and Add users but it’s not applied.

I have the same issue , users who have already access to Form their permissions changed to only View, and I can Not add or change any users permissions .

I’ve posted my issue few minutes ago in new topic.
