I am trying to regain access to my previous KoboToolbox account donneestb2024. I currently have access to a different KoboToolbox account created with another email address, but I can no longer access my previous account. I would like KoboToolbox to check the status of donneestb2024 and help me recover access to the account and its projects/data.
What’s happening instead?
I cannot log in to my previous KoboToolbox account donneestb2024. When I access KoboToolbox, I am automatically connected to my new account bagaysm123, which uses a different email address. I cannot access the previous account donneestb2024 or its projects and data. I would like to know whether the previous account is still active, has been disabled, or has been deleted, and I need assistance to recover access to it.
