User not recognized in kc

Good morning

I ask for help urgently because a user of my project cannot log in https://kc.kobotoolbox.org. I can log in kf.kobotoolbox.org with the password that was saved in microsoft edge but I can’t change the password

I can enter the password that was saved in Microsoft Edge but when I change the password the system reports failure.

Hello, I verified that your password hashes (I cannot see passwords themselves) are identical in both KF and KC databases. I’m not sure why you’d be seeing this error. Here’s something to try:

  1. Make sure that your email address is correct in your account settings.
  2. Log out, and when the login screen appears, click “Forgot?” below the password field.
  3. Follow the instructions. You won’t need to enter the old password to reset.
