Validation condition Pop Up when a wrong choice is selected

Hi Everybody
I want to put the validation criteria between the two questions. Supposes Q1 Do you have a Job Card ( 1. Yes 2, No) Q2 Do your family has a Job card ( 1.Yes 2, No ). If the reply for Q1 is “Yes” the reply in Q2 can’t be “No”. Some message should pop up to alert the enumerator.

Thanks for the help!! I had completed the survey sheet and deployed it as well after the question was raised. In that should I need to download xls form >> do the required change and and the upload the form again . Or can I do it in the current form. I am unaware of the the fact that xls version can be edited online . Can it be done?
