Iam encountering an issue with KoBoToolbox where the interface loads as a completely white screen when I try to access it.
This happens after [describe the action, e.g logging in, opening the form builder, or deploying a project.
I have tried clearing my browser cache, using different browsers, and even restarting my device, but the issue persists.
Iam using device, a Windows laptop with browser, Google Chrome.
Has anyone else experienced this problem or knows what might be causing it? Any guidance or suggestions on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated!
