Why media attachment larger data about 6 gb fail to download?

hi, guys i faced problem when i want to download media about 6gb in kobotoolbox server
and it show me status pending and then fail so any can help me the best way to solve this problem .

Hi @ramaalicoder, unfortunately large media exports can timeout and fail if they don’t complete within 30 minutes. You can try some alternative methods discussed here and elsewhere in the forum:

Bulk Transfer Huge amount of Images

Hello, We have a few forms that have massive amounts of images. I do not know the full size but I suspect in the range of a few hundred gigabytes of data. Is there any method or tools not available to the front-end user for transferring these? Do admins ever intervene to help transfer large amounts of data to a new an AWS account or are we on our own. I do not think the bulk downloader would be able to handle.

We will be improving the media export feature in the coming months, so this won’t be an issue for too much longer.
