Bugged number of submissions

Some bug has set the number of monthly submissions on my KoboToolbox account to over 18,000, well beyond the 5000 monthly limit. Looking at my projects individually it is clear that there have been nowhere near that number of submissions in the past month, so it can only be the result of a bug.

As an example I’m attaching screenshots from one of my projects. The “Usage” tab clearly says there have been 904 submissions in the past month, but a look at the data show that scrolling down to the 100th most recent submission is enough to go back to more than a month ago.

Has this sort of thing happened before? Is there a fix? I am currently blocked from submitting further as a result.

Welcome back to the community, @edseab! Are you still facing this issue? Let me know if you want me to have a look at it if it’s still there.

Hi @Kal_Lam, thanks for getting back to me! Yes I am - I am still being told that I am well over the monthly limit for submissions despite that not being possible. However, I’m not actually being prevented from submitting. Still, it seems like a bug worth investigating!

Thanks,
Ed

@edseab, to check if you’ve exceeded your monthly limits, please go to Account Settings > Usage > Account Total or Account Settings > Usage > Per Project Total. These sections will give you an overview of your data usage and help you determine whether an upgrade to a paid plan is necessary.
