Can't access past invoices since I have the free account now

Hi,

I was using the professional plan till November 2024, after which I have switched to the community plan. Now, I need the invoices for the payments I made till November. But I can’t access the invoices- either from the Kobo account or from the mail ID I used to open the account. How can I get the invoices?

  • Email id registered with the account
