I have a problem with my account by mistake we have two accounts created under the same email address. Now we cant access one of the accounts with user name rtmd_unicef so please can we delate one account and just keep the one with user name rtmd_unicef. Account to be deleted user name is peter.werk

Welcome to the community! Kindly please be informed that an email address could have a number of user accounts. And all these user accounts should work smoothly.
If you wish to reset the password for your user account you could reach out to support@kobotoolbox.org providing the following information:
- User name
- Email ID
- Server you are using (HHI or OCHA server)
