Esta pregunta la realizamos ya que hemos estado intentando por todos los medios posibles en base a nuestra experiencia a poder visualizar los archivos de tipo multimedia que se han adjuntado como respuestas en nuestros formularios, y que a su vez, los nombres de estos archivos han quedado registrados en la hoja de calculo o en el archivo xml que se ha descargado como base de datos.
Esperamos nos puedan ayudar.

One question: Will you know how to insert the link in the spreadsheet that is downloaded and from the same spreadsheet be able to visualize the files that were added as answers when clicking on the hyperlinks? We have done all the steps as shown in the tutorial, but in the example shown in the tutorial, the hyperlink is not fully visible.
We want to be able to see the files by clicking on the hyperlink from the spreadsheet.
@conafeslp024, could you share with us a screenshot of what it looks like when you press the hyperlink?

He realizado las instrucciones como se muestra en la imagen al descargar mis respuestas en formato xls.
Como puede observar, no se visualizan los hipervínculos completamente. ¿Podría enviarnos una imagen o un archivo hoja de calculo con un ejemplo?.

=HYPERLINK("https://kc.humanitarianresponse.info/attachment/original?media_file=username/attachments/"&"N3")
But please change the username with <your KoBoToolbox username>. It should solve your issue.
Note: This is for O3. You will need to change this likewise for the rest of the rows including the one you shared i.e. O2. Besides, please be informed that the above formula works if you are on the OCHA server. Please change the same if you are in the HHI server.

Gracias por su apoyo, sin embargo ahora me salieron dos mensajes nuevos. Creo que estoy siguiendo mal las instrucciones.
Nota: Tengo abierto mi usuario de KoBoToolbox y también lo he agregado al hipervínculo.
También, mis archivos están en los servidores de HHI.
What does the error message say?
El mensaje dice: El sitio web informa que no se encontró el elemento solicitado. (HTTP/1.0 404).
NOTA: Intenté poner los dos hipervínculos de los dos servidores, tanto de OCHA como de HHI.

Hemos hecho varios intentos con todos los recursos a nuestro alcance y en base a nuestra experiencia y los de todos en la comunidad.
Ahora, ya hemos podido abrir los hipervínculos pero únicamente de un archivo.
¿Sabes a qué se deberá que no podemos aplicar la misma formula?.

Desconozco por qué no lo he podido hacer, he intentado con varios formularios, pero no se ejecuta el link, no lo puedo abrir, a menos que lo copie y lo pegue en la barra de direcciones.
