Higher Education Community Vendor Assessment Toolkit (HECVAT)

I am a faculty member at the University at Buffalo (UB) SUNY. UB has a Qualtrics license but I want to use KoboToolbox to conduct a household survey in Mozambique. I want to purchase a professional license but SUNY says I need the vendor to provide a Higher Education Community Vendor Assessment Toolkit (HECVAT) in order for them to approve the purchase. Can anyone help me find out the process for acquiring a HECVAT from KoboToolbox? I asked about this using the Contact form but have not heard back yet.

I’m reaching out as requested to inquiry about the possibility of getting a Higher Education Community Vendor Assessment Toolkit (HECVAT). Without a HECVAT, the University at Buffalo will not allow me to use the software or purchase a professional license for some upcoming research.
