How can I check if my account is hosted on the global or EU server?

Incase, it still does not work, feel free to reach us through at support@kobotoolbox.org. But please be sure that you reach us through the email ID registered with account.
The simplest is to look at the url when you login:
kf.kobotoolbox.org is our Global server.
eu.kobotoolbox.org is our EU server.
