How do I subscribe the Professional Plan?

Please note that you can subscribe to a paid plan if you wish to exceed the default system limits of 5,000 submissions per month and 1 GB of storage per account.

How to upgrade your account:

  • Log in to your KoboToolbox account, go to Account Settings > Plans, and choose the upgrade option that best fits your needs.
  • If you have specific requirements or need a custom plan, feel free to contact us at support@kobotoolbox.org, and our team will be happy to help you find the most suitable option.
