I am not able to access my account

Dear Sir
I am not able to access my account—it shows that my password is wrong. When I am trying to reset my password, I am not getting and reset mail. I have linked xxxxxxx email with that account. Would you please help me?

@rahul_521, is this your user account? Did you create it? If yes, please reach us through support@kobotoolbox.org through the email id that was registered with the user account. Please note that if you do not reach us through the registered email we will not be able to support you. This is because reaching us through the registered email id ensures that we have been reached through a genuine user with account issues.
