Login issue on KoboCollect

Hi all,

I tried to login to KoboCollect on my phone, but when I attempt to downloading form, it says my username or password is incorrect (it’s not):

Does anyone know how to fix this? I successfully login to KoboToolbox on the website. Thanks

Welcome to the community, @ccss! Can you log in to your account on the web using the same login credentials? Do you have any projects that have already been deployed on the server through your account?

Yes, it was working when I signed in on the web but not on the app with the same credential.
I have some projects deployed, been using it but logged out for a while

I successfully login to KoboToolbox on the website.

Can you please share which specific website you are able to successfully login to? Specifically, this:

The above is our free ‘Global’ server’. But we also have a free ‘EU’ server’; however these are different accounts.

In your screenshot above it appears you are be trying to connect to the Global server kc.kobotoolbox.org from KoboCollect. Can you please confirm your successful website login was to the Global server too?

I can login to this server KoboToolbox a few days ago. Usually, it’s working well but don’t know why this happened

@ccss, maybe try resetting your password if you are not able to login to your account by following this community post:
