Loop in login error

Hi

I am trying to log in to the Kobo. But it shows only following error message.

Please enter a correct username and password. Note that both fields may be case-sensitive.

I tried both servers (HHI or OCHA). And I already reset my password.

After password reset I tried to log in. I got same error message.

Can you suggest me what should I do?

I remember my password. Do I need to reset it?
problem is I can’t log in. With my email and password,

I already tried to reset password from forget password link. My new password even can’t login and shows following message.
