@caredrc_goma, I checked both our public KoboToolbox servers (Global as well as EU) but did not find the username you shared. I guess you are on a self-hosted KoboToolbox server.

I send a mail to reset password because at my level when I reset the password a my address mail I do not receive the receive the password reset link

Hello Karl, we have not yet received the resolution of our inactive account after writing to Kobo Support. Either the xxxxxxx account is on the email address gedeonbaraka78@gmail.com or on my address michel.kamwanga@care.org.
Indeed, when we try to log in or change the password, we do not receive the password change link. Please see how to resolve this case because we have a lot of important data.
If you can change the password and share it with us, that would be appreciated.
