My email is nolonger registered on Kobo

I tried reseting my password and the email response i got was this "You are receiving this email because you or someone else has requested a password for their KoboToolbox account.
However, we do not have any record of an account with email (my email address) in our database.
this is strange because thats the email i used to register my account. do i risk losing my work?

Welcome to the community, @kende! If you have password resetting issues, please feel free to reach us through support@kobotoolbox.org with the following details:

  • Username
  • Email ID registered with the account
  • Server

We would then be able to reset the password for you. But please ensure that you reach us through the registered email else we will not be able to help you out (due to security reasons).
