My KOBO ID not Working, I am trying to reset the password but not working

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have ID on Non-humanitarian server from last 7 to 8 years:
ID is bilalriaz9 but unfortunately i am not able to reset my password although the email is the same that i used for registration.

Please need your help urgently.
