I’m reaching out to seek support with a password reset for a (non-humanitarian) Kobo account.
We were able to access our account as of last week. However, our attempt to login yesterday was unsuccessful due to a password change that we are currently investigating.
We have been unable to reset our password via the recovery email associated with our account, since we are not certain what email was set as a recovery email. There is also a chance that this email has been deactivated by our IT services since it’s been out of use for years. This has left us essentially locked out from our account.
I’ve emailed Kobo Support but cannot use the email address used to set up the account since we don’t know it. Is there any other way to receive support?
