This is Saiduzzaman Bhuyian working as a M&E Officer with IOM Bangladesh. I am using fkrf_palliative this account since February,2020 for Palliative Care data.
Today at the morning I was able log in into the account and downloaded data Palliative_Care_Patients_Info_V.2_-all_versions-labels-_2020-12-03-06-42-01. But now I am trying to login but I can’t. While trying to reset mentioned account reset link is not sent to my mail.
For field data collection I have shared user and pass. Some of our staff contract is over. I am in suspicion that they may change my email.
Will you please help me to retrieve the account as 04th Dec,2020 is the last date of my reporting.
