Welcome to the community! Have you tried going over through the support article Resetting Passwords, it should be helpful.
Besides, kindly please be informed that there are two servers (HHI and the OCHA) for KoBoToolbox. If you have an account in one of the server and you try to open your account through the link for the other server, you are unable to login. Thus it’s important that you login with the right link.
For an HHI account, try login through this link
For an OCHA account, try login through this link
If you still have login issues with the link provided above, please reach out (email) at firstname.lastname@example.org with the email that you registered for the user account with the following information:
- Server (HHI or OCHA)
- Email ID (registered your KoBoToolbox user account)
You shall be assisted with resetting your KoBoToolbox account password.

Hi Ka_Lam. We have a challenge. I created an instance on kobotool box. Surprisingly, the email that was used to create the account changed for unknown reasons. Now, I am not able to login. I need help. Data submissions is currently ongoing on the instance
