Regarding Increase Submission Limit to 18,000 with 5 GB Add-on

I have purchased the 5 GB add-on and need a submission limit of 18,000. Our data collection will be completed within the next 10 days, and we have only two projects running (links can be shared if needed).

Is there any way to accommodate this limit within the current 5 GB add-on, or could Kobo offer a customised plan? At the moment, moving to the Professional plan is difficult.

I would appreciate guidance on the most feasible way forward.
