Reseting previous password for account

Greetings, my team is having issues logging into our account with our usual password, no one has changed it and the reset password email has been deactivated, can the support team reset our old password?

Dear Kal_Lam thank you for your response, unfortunately the colleague whose email was registered has left the organisation and is no longer functional is there any other way to access the account?

@LRbls, maybe you could coordinate with the user who created this account to hand it over to the organization (if it was created for the organization’s use).
