Unable to get survey form in KoboCollect

Olá,
I have not been able to view and access the forms I created in KoboToolbox when I access my account through KoboCollect v1.14.0a in my android cellphone. What am I doing wrong?

Welcome to the community! Please ensure one of the followings which might have missed from your side:

  • Ensure your survey form has been successfully deployed from the KoBoToolbox form-builder
  • Ensure your settings are correct in the KoBoCollect application
  • Select the General Settings>Server>URL
  • Your URL should be correctly set to get the deployed forms to your KoBoCollect application
  • Choose one depending upon which server you use; https://kc.kobotoolbox.org/[account name] please do not use the [] while providing your account name. This link is for the non-humanitarian server. Similarly use the https://kc.humanitarianresponse.info/[account name] for the humanitarian server.
  • Finally, press Get Blank Form.
