Unable to Login, what to do?

I am unable to login even after resetting the password several times. Pls support

Hi, @avadh166! You could reach out to support@kobotoolbox.org for password-related issues. When reaching out, please be sure that you also provide the following information through the email that was registered to your user account:

  • Your username
  • Email id registered to the user account
  • Server you are using

Hey, its done. I was not using the username, instead I was using the email id and that’s why the error. Sorry for the trouble.
