Form editing is not working

Hello, Im using enketo on browser, 4 days ago I started to have a problem with editing the current data. Whenever I edit any existing fields in the data form and try to save, I get a new error message coloured with red says “sending service in data server is not found 404:” as in the image below [06] I am in an urgent need to use the form and edit my data, I hope you help me with this ASAP thanks
