Username and password not recognized

Although I have been trying to be carefully write the username and password, I can not get into kobotoolbox. Kindly provide your assistance on this matter.

Hi @Dheni,

There are two public servers of kobotoolbox, which one are you trying to login?

Can you check if the username that you are trying is in the same server that you are trying to login?

@Dheni, you may have tried logging into your account through the wrong server as outlined by @hakan_cetinkaya. Try following this community post discussed previously:
