Pulldata is not working on KoboCollect (Android)

Yes, I have it in that format

Did it still not work with that format?

No, friend

If not, would you mind sharing your XLSForm and the updated and fixed CSV file again with the community? The community should be able to help you out.

Sure,
PDPesaje.csv (311.6 KB)
pdkobo.xlsx (13.0 KB)
Thanks

@Victorpaisano25, you are with the same CSV structure:

Change your CSV structure as shown in the image below:

How do I do that

Maybe you will need to do some Excel search for this.

it looks normal to me

I already converted it and it still doesn’t work

I have changed a bit the XLSform and the csv file
PDPesaje.csv (311.6 KB)
Xlform de Pesaje.xlsx (13.2 KB)
works in Kobotoolbox but not in Kobocollect

@Victorpaisano25, you should be able to achieve the desired format by following the instructions as outlined in the steps shared below:

Step 1:

Open the CSV file. You should see your CSV file in the following structure:

Step 2:

Select the column that contains the data.

Step 3:

Step 4:

By default, you will see Delimited being selected. Now press Next.

I’ll be waiting for the diagnosis of the situation. Thanks for the support!

bz.csv (5.6 KB)

Merci d’avance pour votre appui !
